Cactus Assortment

With more than 200 different kind of cactus seeds in our assortment we can offer a wide assortment to our customers. A highlight of some of our most sold cactus species and genera.

Mammillaria

Is a cactus genera with almost 300 species know by name , which are not all adequate for growing commercially. We offer a selection of around 60 mammillaria species which are attractive, eye-catching, and of fast growth.

Piet researched and experimented on many hybrid breedings to create more visually appealing species. One of his first new breeding achievements was the Mammillaria Zeilmanniana v Precox purple flowers.

Pilosocereus

This genera is highly popular for its columnar appearance. In the wild it can reach heigths over 8 meters.

During his discovery trip in the 1990’s in Brazil, Piet found a Pilosocereus which no one had ever seen before and named it ‘Pilosocereus Odilensis’. Soon he marketed the new species in Europe and it was and continues to be a great success.

Eriocactus

Is a cactus genera that origins from Brazil, mostly known by there harmless thin golden spines ,and yellow flowers. The shape can vary between a cilinder and a round shape.

Cleistocactus

Have been first found in the mouintain areas in Bolivia. Recognized by there thin white spines that give the plant a ‘hairy’ appearance. Some species have also gotten the nickname ‘cats tail’

Parodia

Chrysacanthion are our most known species and origante from Argetina. They come in almost perfect round shapes in either yellow or white spines. and have differnt flower colours.
